So let’s talk tile cleaning, we pretreat the condition with an alkaline and let set for 10-15 minutes. Then we scrub all the grout lines and steam clean them at 1000 psi with our powerful truck mount. Next we hand dry. Prior to putting on a seal, we double check our work and if we are not 100% satisfied we completely redo the process again with a stone tech acid.
